To Whom This May Concern:
I went through the drive-thru at your location earlier this afternoon, Feb 20. At about 2:08, after waiting a while for the cars in front of me to finish, I was able to place an order. I ordered the lunch combo for $6 that ended at 2p. Even though I was in line before 2p she refused to honor and I paid full price. Okay, that's fine...but then I had to wait over 20 minutes more just to receive my food! I ordered one combo and two extra rolls. The wait time was absolutely absurd and unnecessary. When I brought it to the attention of the young lady she acted like she could not care less. She looked at me as though I was crazy for mentioning it and never even bothered to offer genuine customer service which would be just to apologize! "I'm sorry that took so long. We are extra busy". Anything would have worked, but instead she shut the window, talked to another girl (making chicken) who then looked at me and started laughing. What is wrong with the children that work there? Have they not been taught how to work quickly and efficiently? Is their generation truly that incompetent? When the order taker came back to the window I carried the conversation further and told her there is no way I could be the only frustrated client. I saw people leave the line before even ordering because it took too long. She shrugged her shoulders and asked if I wanted the manager. Unfortunately after a half hour I didn't have time to wait and speak with someone. I'm just writing to let you know how absolutely dissatisfied I am with this location. Fast and friendly is false marketing. You need to vet the babies you hire, watch them closely and train them to be kind to customers. I am disgusted with what I saw today.
