Before going to college I was I trusted in the personal training. On my contract it said I can cancel within three days and I did. But they still charged me so I’ve been calling the manager and personal trainer manager but somehow they are always on break. I called once and they said he just went on break and they’ll be back at 2. I called at 2 and they said he’ll be off at 3. I called at 3 and they said he’s off the clock now. I also cancelled my membership and my last payment would be August 1. I just got charged on August 21 for $50 because they renewed my membership. I’m a struggling college student that can’t make the drive home to talk to them in person so my only option is to solve it over the phone. They keep trying to charge 155 for the personal training but I don’t even have the money so my bank keeps telling me they’ll freeze my card in case it’s fraud.
Desired outcome: Refund $50 and stop charging my account 155 for personal training which I canceled.
