At 2:59 PM on June 10 I placed an order for a medium hand tossed pepperoni pizza with jalapeños as well as a side of Parmesan bites. I finally received my order at 4:17 PM with no jalapeños no apology and no explanation. I placed this order, because I am unable to leave work and myself, as well as many other employees were very hungry and new Domino’s was just a few minutes away. I am extremely unsatisfied with my care had they at least warned me that it would be over an hour before I received it I wouldn’t have been upset I would have just placed an order elsewhere for something else. Extremely unsatisfied.

Domino's Pizza - place order online at 5:30 for a 7:00 delivery
October 11th, I Ordered on line at 5:30 for a 7:00 delivery. I watched the online process. They started cooking our order at 6:40. I called at 7:10 and asked where my order was and I was told "oh yeah, sorry, I guess we go swamped with orders" I responded, "I placed my order at 5:30" His response "ok"... I asked if I could speak with a mananger and his reply was "uh, yeah I guess". Someone came on the line disguising his voice. Explained again and he said, "yours is next". He told me he would refund my money and that hasn't happened as of today. We didnt receive our pizza until 7:45. Please follow up and credit my credit card. If you have any questions, you can call
