We were just informed that they will be charging a $15 parking fee on top of a resort fee. We get no other amenities with that resort fee of $90 dollars per day except parking so it’s absurd to charge. We literally have to pay for everything and it’s very expensive. We have two separate reservations coming up at two of their resorts and when I signed my contract with them it didn’t include me paying for parking.

Great Wolf Lodge - Wave pool cleanliness

Grandson and son went into wave pool at Grapevine Texas location. Grandson immediately became ill by next morning. 10 days post incident he is having his stool sampled at doctor as he is severely ill and getting worse. We need to know who else has become ill and what we're dealing with by checking the chemical readings of the wave pool on 7/20/2023 .
Desired outcome: Have chemical readings of wave pool water and records of other peoples' illness reports shared so we know what bacteria/parasite we are dealing with

Great Wolf Lodge - Room not ready, customer service and housekeeping
I booked a one night stay for my daughter’s eighth birthday. Our room was more ready. We waited for 45 minutes in care before receiving a different room after I complained about the room not being ready. On the day of our check out, May 13, 2023, we go to the water park get to our room at 10:55 to change clothes and check to find the house keeper cleaning out our room. She had thrown away our food, balloons, and drinks. She had touched our personal belongings such as clothes and under garments and put it in a bag. Our iPad and phones were also in the room and she put everything on the bench. We left out of the room at exactly 11:00. I had to ask her several of times to leave the room so the children could change. My daughter was upset and I was even more upset. I had not text to check out and it went even check out time yet. They offered me a complimentary lunch after I had already left. No one seems to want to help. I asked for corporate number and was told they didn’t have it.

Great Wolf Lodge - Room
June 30-July 1, 2022 we booked a loft at your facility in grapevine. The room was horrible, dirty and not maintained at all. We spent over $700 for one night and will never do it again. The bathtub faucet was broken. The light switch plates were coming off. The bed was broken on one side. The room was dirty and to top it off, I had dried blood stains on my sheets (I have pictures). We immediately changed the sheets and filed a complaint. This is unsanitary and with Covid going on, quiet scary. I never heard anything from management or corporate to address this matter. Great Wolf Lodge - customer service
I checked into the hotel 10/22. We purchased through Groupon. We arrived around 2pm the young lady asked for card and ID. She stated that she would run my card for 100.00 for incidentals. I said that was fine. I purchased a paw pass and gave her a second card to pay for the paw pass. I woke up today with charges to my card for 279.00 +187.00 from the Groupon. I was told it would be 5-10 days to get my money back. No remorse nothing. We spend entirely too much money at this place to be treated like we are less than. This is unacceptable and ver disappointing. We come here all the time and for me to know their policies better than them is absolutely sad. Probably won't come back. #verydisappointed.

Great Wolf Lodge - management
I made a reservation for my family and I to stay at the Texas resort and April for a day in June. I canceled the reservation because we decided to go somewhere else. The resort did not refund all of my money. We disputing about why they did not return the money they stated the we stay in March and that I owe a bill. After telling the rude manager that I did not stay there and told her that I could provide my drivers license and a copy of my work schedule she would see that we did not stay there. She stated that it was me and she knows that it's me and that they are keeping the money. After several attempts to speak with another manager at the resort they stopped forwarding my calls and just started hanging up. This is not the way to solve a problem.
