On Friday, August 25th, I placed an online order for 5 pizzas and 6 dipping sauces totaling $86.91 at the Hallsville Domino's, to be picked up at 5:30 on Saturday, August 26th.
I had to make a crust change on 1 of the pizzas, so I called and asked for that at 2pm on Saturday.
When I arrived at 5:29 at Domino's to pick up my order, I was told that they "had a big rush of orders come in, so my pizza's were about to go in the oven and it would be about another 7-9 minutes". I sat in the drive thru and waited on my pizza for half an hour. When my order was handed to me, there was no dipping sauce, so I had to ask for the remainder of my order.
Placing my order a day in advance seemed of no relevance or importance as my order obviously got pushed to the side. All I received was an apology for having to wait. I will not be doing business with Hallsville Domino's again. This is not satisfactory customer service.
Desired outcome: Some amount of compensation on the order would've been nice.
