On 1-23-23 I ask Firestone could they get me a wheel and spare tire for my PT Cruiser. They said that it would be here at 4pm the same day and they would call me. They never called until the day after and I had already bought myself a spare tire and rim after I did not get a call from Firestone. On 1-28-23 Firestone decided that they would charge my account for the tire when in fact they still have their wheel and tire. Moreover I did not sign for the tire and when I call they said that usually the do not give refunds because they had to order it for their warehouse as a special order because of the type of vehicle. (which is a total lie). I spoke to someone in the complaint office and they also advised me that Firestone cannot charge anything to my card that I did not authorize nor sign. When I talked to the manager he put me on hold and said that he would check to see if there is a restocking fee and I stayed on hold for over 20 minutes and he never came back on. I contacted the Firestone Card company and they are sending me some forms to dispute this charge because they also said that Firestone cannot charge my card without my authorization. This complaint need to brought before the district manager so that this will not happen to anyone else.
Desired outcome: Credit my account back.
