I had an appointment and I was not told wait time and only 2 technicians at check in. I was told after I waited 1.5 hour and my car was not yet pulled in. I was told to come back at 7am next morning. I came at 7am on dot to find doors not open, garage not open. The same lady who checked me in day before came pulling up after 7:05 and got out her car with her Chikfila bag and didn't even say Good morning. She told me to wait outside while she open up, and this is on a morning where it is cold outside. She had an attitude the whole time. What happened to Customer Service? I have been coming to this location since I moved to Houston, and have been very merciful in all their inconvenience. It only take one moment like this to push a customer away. I think Angela is her name...Well she just caused you all to lose another customer.
Desired outcome: Teach your staff Customer Service. Stop rotating through different people and truly keep quality people aboard.
