Constantly calling 911 on occupants tell MGR and GM about them nothing done I have placed 3 911 calls total was lied to by MGR that they were kicked out and told by GM they can have guest, the other people a mother and sons have been there two weeks I called today 4/7/2022 and other people called 911 as well today I also have seen the occupants that registered the room fighting outside the MGR told he saw him on top of her getting ready to hit her and then lied about kicking them out after the girl left but she returned back a couple of days later

Last night I had a staff member trying to break into my room. I was in here alone (female). Went to front desk this morning and was treated like I was a liar. I told the guy at front desk I seen this guy doing this to other rooms the other day. But hey would not listen. I paid for 2 more nights here as I have no where else to go at the moment. But very unhappy about this service.
I'm not a liar I found the guys shoes hat, and paperwork outside my door with customer info on it I took pics for proof. No action was taken to investigate this matter but rudeness. This guy would have robbed me if I was not here or worse if he got in while I was here alone. I'm afraid to be here now and leave. I will never stay here again!
