We have been customers of Planet Fitness for years and never came across this type of flat-out disrespect. I spoke with the manager on site and agreed the employee's approach lacked luster, To tell a 57-year-old man, that wasn't done with his workout to put a bench back while doing his workout is unacceptable. As the man told the employee 'He was still working out' the employee pressed on with "I going to need you to put it back now" as he was in the middle of his work out.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and more training for this employee
