Incompetent staff throughout the facility; tried to use their services again and again it was a complete waste of time. The doctors seem nice, but the staff can not complete the paperwork necessary in a timely manner and surprise charges tend to come up each time I go in for an appointment. Lost a week or so, due to the lack of caring implemented for new rescue kitten. Staff failed, again, to notify me of additional costs associated with a post-enucleation ocular cleanout procedure. We could have been prepared for the cost associated with the procedure had they contacted me anytime in the full week before the procedure was scheduled; instead they tried to pop at $3300.00 billing for the procedure three days before Christmas. I don't know about you but usually the Christmas budgets tend to lower available funds, so did not have the funds readily available on the day of the surgery. It would have been no problem, had we been notified at any time before the day of surgery, but put me in a tremendous bind the day of surgery. The staff was rude and not compassionate at all. We lost the last week or so and this has happened numerous times in the past.
