I'm a regular customer at Zara and it's one of my favorite brands. I bought a sweater and shirt last week. Unfortunately yesterday 12/16/2019 at 7:40 pm a I had a bad experience at your store in Houston, Texas Galleria Mall. I called the store before I went there and explained to them that I lost my receipt and I would like to return the shirt I bought last week, they stated that no problem as long as you still have the tag on it we will exchange it for you or refund you the money. Therefore, I headed over there to return the item. There was a line at the register, it took me around 15-20 minutes to get to the register. I spoke to the man was there and said I would like to return the item. He said no we cant and let me talk to the manager. Shortly the manager arrived and said I can only exchange the shirt for you we have another black color. I explained to him that I no longer want this item and I would like a refund. He said I can't do this for you and if you don't like it we can give it to the charity. I was disappointed as they provided me with a wrong info over the phone and when I got to the store they said NO. I simply walked out of the store and left the shirt with the manager who was unprofessional AND TOOK IT WITHOUT providing at east a REFUND OR EVEN A GIFT RECEIPT THAT I COULD USE TO BUY ANY ITEM FROM THE STORE IN THE FUTURE.
