Firestone Complete Auto Care

Had a tpms sensor changed out and they for got to give my lugnut wheel key back. After speaking with the shop they refused to do anything due to the tech saying he put it back in the car. The car was only driven from shop to garage. After take to another shop that requires the wheels to be taken off that's when it was noticed it was missing. Now nothing is done to make it correct. I'm out of pocket for a new set of lugs and a key.

Firestone Complete Auto Care, 9715 N SAM HOUSTON PKWY E HUMBLE, TX. The service rep Brian was very courteous and helpful. I watched the shop Tech, Joe removed the tires from my truck and mount the new tires on the rims. When it came to balancing the tires/ wheels, Joe placed the wheels on the balance machine and walked away. When he returned, he randomly placed weights on 3 of the wheels and installed the wheels back on the truck. I noticed that the tire balance machine display was black and no balance information had been displayed on the screen. I brought this to the attention of Brian who spoke with Joe who admitted that he had only balanced three of the 4 wheels. Brian offered to have me pay $40.00 for the tire balance. I was very concerned with Joe’s lack of duty and professionalism.

At this point, Brian also advised that the stores' alignment machine was broken and he could not preform the alignment. I have no confidence in this store or employees to preform these very important and critical safety procedures on my vehicle. After a few minutes of back and forth with Brian, he agreed not to charge me for the sub par work by Joe. I told him that I would have to take my vehicle elsewhere to correct the shotty work by Joe. On this same day, I took my vehicle to Discount Tire, who charged me to re-balance the wheels on my truck. I do not plan to ever return or do business with Firestone again. If I had not taken the time to watch Joe in the shop, I would have been scammed and charged for work he pretended to do and would have been driving a vehicle that was dangerously unsafe.
