We stopped for diesel on Saturday Jan 4, 2020. I went in to pay because the pump credit card processing wouldn't work. I paid with my Venmo card and all it would pump is $0.10 cents. I go outside my husband says it won't pump I go back inside and finally the guy went outside and proceeded to tell my husband how he hates Shell. Then comes back inside the store and says let's try it again I pulled up my Venmo account and said but it has taken $50 and it's not back on here. He gave me a receipt for the $0.10 and said oh it will put it back. He ran my card again and took $61.28 because we bought drinks and a snack. Now I have no money in the card and still the pump won't work and the store manager walks in off the street and by then I'm mad. We were moving from NW Oklahoma to East Texas so money was already tight but now you have my fuel money. The store manager was a jerk and the guy said tell her the authorizations will fall off. I said look it doesn't matter you have taken all my fuel money and yet I still have no fuel. The manager gets real smart and says well the pump works just fine and I said then if it works just fine you go pump it. I asked her name a she said Megan and I said I'm not leaving until you give me a number to your corporate office and she wrote down her managers name and phone number. They smirked and smiled about it. Really the worst customer service I have ever encountered. She called him and then I called him which was a complete waste of my time he just lied and said he'd take care of it. I called him Monday the 6th still lies. Said he'd call me back and he'd call a lDy and have her fix it. All lies! I know for a fact it's because they have not captured it and then released it. I have been talking with Venmo because of course the manager on the phone blamed my bank. Not true! I know they purposely did this to hold my money. This has created an extra hardship on us and I have been a loyal customer as well as my husband but this is a game changer for sure. Is this how you show your customers loyalty so they never come back. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed and will never go there again! I have my receipts and I have the guys phone number. The manager at that store was Megan and his name is Brian Coleman [protected]. You hire liars and cheats! I want my money and to are still holding $99.90 of ours that we need. What are you going to do the same as them? Nothing? My name is Dana and my number is [protected] and I expect you to fix this!
