Clay Cooley Auto Group - Service department and warranty issues

My 2022 Kia Sorento started overheating and had it towed to Clay Cooley dealership in Irving for warranty with the overheating. I drop the vehicle on 6/23/23. We are now 7/12/23 and I have not received one call or status of vehicle. I’ve try calling and leaving messages to manager Al Hipolito and no one response to me. They had the vehicle for almost three weeks and have not even check the vehicle. They also not provided a loaner vehicle because they say they are out and put me on waiting’s list. They have the worst service I have ever encountered

Desired outcome: Need vehicle repair….. ASAP.

Clay Cooley Auto Group - I was over charged 6000 dollars

I went in and said I would like a car for under 20000, they showed my 3 different cars and I picked the one that was 18995, I have all the paperwork to get a discount on 2200 and the price of Sam's club auto buyer for the car. With was 3400 off. Then I paid for the extra coverage 7 years and the 5 years with Clay Cooley service. When my loan paperwork came in it said I owed 24968 and change. I put 4000 down so it should have been 14968 I went up there 2 times and they said they accidentally put a 2 instead of one and they would fix it. Week later still not fixed, will, not return calls or texts, and I get hung up on. I want my 6000 overcharge back plus my pay work says 1 year of the Clay Cooley deal. I was told I got 5. I have went to a lawyer and since they drug there feet on the 3 or 7 day return. They have to compensate. But they will not call me back or I wait in the lobby 4 hours and no one talks to me. They say it will be fixed. But they need to cut me a check right now. I could buy a new car for what they charged me.

Desired outcome: I want the over charge back and the 5 years of Clay Cooley I paid for

Clay Cooley Auto Group - Finance games and lazy reception

1st:
They slip in some warranty items with funny names and lie about it when you ask saying, "no, the payment didn't go up", because they'd already quoted you the HIGHER payment with the extra products you didn't ask for.

*That means they lied to you TWICE and overcharged you.

Then:
They stick your cancelation file in a drawer and don't process it unless you waste your time going up to the store to harass them about it.

&:
Either because the receptionist is to LAZY to mail them OR because your on a personal blacklist ; they don't send you your plates until the paper tags expire wasting MORE of your time to immediately drive up to the store again so you don't get a ticket only to stand around while they focus on new deals, not basic service to the customers they already have. "We can't mail them after they expire, so you have to come it them." AKA: I don't have to do anything but sit here in my chair eating while you drive over here to me. Good effort Sandra. We can see why you're such a success.

After real estate car sales in the MOST outdated industry we have and they really don't seem to see it coming that the latest online service to buy a vehicles entire marketing approach was "THAT DIDN'T SUCK"

If too many people didn't make more money than they are worth because of %'s on big ticket items people would actually enjoy they process and be repeat customers.

I was warned that Cooley had a bad reputation, but the place was nice and they had what I wanted.

All that was left is to tell me they truth, give me a fair deal and do what you say.

The sales manager was good.

The rest ?

Guess what happened after Cooley spent all that time and money making sure the facility and inventory was nice and appealing ?

Lack of accountability, greed and laziness... MADE IT SUCK !
