Hertz - Unauthorized credit card charges

This is fror the 3401 w airport fwy, irving texas location. I went to get a rental reserved for me on behalf on my insurance company, horrible place. I went to Hertz due to recommendation of the insurance company that I have been dealing with for the repairs of my car. I was given Corae, he asked for my drivers license and with that I handed my insurance card to him. Corae was more focused on the associate he worked with. Corae was completely unprofessional, with a very bad attitude he didn't know what to do, he never verbally spoke to me only asked me to to call my insurance so change the class of the car that I was supposed to be given. He spoke to Yolanda and had the car changed over. He then asked me for my debit card, never gave me the amount being charged to my card, he handed back my insurance paper to me. He was having problems with my card, asked me was it prepaid, I told him no and he kept sliding it. I asked him was something wrong and what's going on.. he said nothing " I GOT IT". He completed the transaction, I had verified that it was going to be a $50 deposit even with my insurance company. Cordae rushed me out of the building, I left thinking that I was only charged the deposit for the vehicle. I look to see a day later Hertz charged me $252 dollars. I look at my receipt and it said $92, I have had Enterprise so I thought to myself okay almost $100 is normal for a rental, this is not right. I called Hertz customer service line, and the associate name I can not remember said because the rental was still with me that I could not be able to discuss the account, but stated that I would be reimbursed the $252 as a deposit. I looked into my account yesterday and today, I was charged another $64 dollars on Tuesday and $126 dollars today. I called the Hertz in Irving this morning at 9:16 am 1/16/2020 I asked why my account was being drafted with them, the manager Reese states "oh it because of the insurance" I asked what insurance when I gave them the insurance papers, they stated I needed additional insurance on my car, but my insurance was not good enough. I told them that make no sense and will I be refunded for this, and they told me that the $440 I gave them will be billed to them and no refunds even the deposit will be given back to them, he then further stated that he could help me get some of my money back by lowering me into a lower insurance for $20 instead of the $64 a day! But if I chose to not cover the car with their suggestion, that I would have to return the car today. I told Reese (manager) I handed Corae my insurance card and he said that wasn't good enough. I am returning the car, and I'm sure there will be more to this complaint afterwards. I called the Hertz customer service line around 11:00 am 1/16/2020 and talked to Tamoya; she stated that she believed that I was supposed to get the full $440 refunded back to my account once the car was dropped back off. My car was damaged by someone else who hit my car while it was parked and I was sleep. To give away $440 dollars to a company when I have insurance is ridiculous! Corae did not explain anything to me nor did he even speak to me, just made me sign the form and hurried me out the door. I want you guys to pull the camera footage on particular location 3401 w airport fwy irving, texas. on 01/09/200 around 3:00 pm. I went to look at the reviews on google, and I am not the first person nor the last who has had to deal with this issue. I have attached all of my information and receipts to this complaint. If it is not handled I will pursue legal action for there have been others by the reviews of this location who have been through the same thing. I did not authorize or was notify of why these charges exist from the customer service associate Corae, and denied removal by Reese. Your policy states LDW, PDW OR LLDW is an additional optional charge and can be declined. I did decline by handing them my insurance.

I rented a car from Hertz because of an accident and one month later they put an unauthorized charge for $505.50 on my card. I tried to contact them and all I get is the messaging system. They took this money at my rent time. I want to know how to get my money back. I have been calling and calling and no one answers the phone. I was never told of any additional charges when my Insurance and I together paid them about $1200. How do I get my money back? This is an unauthorized and fraudulent behavior. This has to be against the law.
