It is a Saturday night and I get off work at 9 pm. My girlfriend and I decide to go to target and then she had a return to Ross at 7741 north MacArthur blvd Irving Texas, so she left target early and drove over to Ross and I was to walk over there when I was done. She had arrived fifteen minutes before 10 at which point the manager was standing at the door holding it. She continued to tell her they do not do returns so late and she should have tried another branch. My girlfriend said ok can I grab something else that she wanted and make the purchase? The manager Rochelle told rolled her eyes and let her in telling her to be quick about it. At 9:55 I walked up to the store to get the keys from her so I could wait in the car. When I got to the door again Rochelle would not let me into the store and I even explained through the door that I just needed to grab the keys and that was my girlfriend right there in line. She finally let me in the door telling me "[censored] dummy I can't read yo lips wit the maks on... sheeeeit. Must be stooopid." I have never been so mad and disrespected in my life. And to have someone treat not only myself but my girlfriend that way is just OBSERD and it really reflects on Ross dress for Less in a horrible way. Ross has indefinitely lost our business and I will tell everyone I know about the customer service. That person should never work in retail again. Lastly my girlfriend watched her yell at the customers and the employees to "Round all these people up and get them up out this [censored]." Unbelievable.
