Chicken Express

Hi I am a concerned customer, I came in early saturday morning 2/25/2017 to dine in. My husband and I were sitting in the dinning room enjoying our meal when a heavier set, shorter women with long brown hear in a ponytail made a comment that made us upset. The comment in which she made was something like " most black women uses the word stank like that ####ing stank ####" and continued to talk about that topic until a taller white female reminded her there were customers in the dinning room. The problem that I have with this is that it was a very profiling comment that offended both me and my husband and could only imagine if it offended the young man that served us considering he was black. This is the same lady that her hair in a bun and was wearing a black polo shirt, when me and my children came in at night to grap a bite to eat around two months ago freely used the #### word aloud were me and my older children overheard. Unsure if it was directed to the two black gentleman that were working at the time we quickly packed up and left. I avoid coming in at night after that thinking she worked nights but was greatly surprised when I saw her this morning. I am very upset and will not return as long as I know that she is employed by a company that supports this kind of behavior. It really upsets me because the staff there have always treated me and my family kindly and with respect. I know i'm just one customer and I dont come in very often but if this is being said while we were there I can only imagine what has been said around others.
