I caught a player cheating on this game site. They had scores way higher than the highest scores ever posted and did this at least 5 games in a row, at least thats how many I saw and told the company about. They bet the most possible money with the most possible payout. After informing the company about this they wouldn't even refund me money that I spent in these games with the cheater. I would have won some of the games had there not been a cheater playing. I've played over 20, 000 of these games on this site and know what happened but to no avail will they refund me my money. The player hasn't played since this happened 5 weeks ago, so its pretty clear they were banned, but it cost me money to have played games against a cheater. They will not give out a phone number that you can call either. Be careful with gameduell.com. There site claims fairness but won't back up their own words
it says my complaint was resolved. No it wasn't, I was never refunded the money spent playing against the cheater. I've been playing on GameDuell.com for over 17 years, I'm addicted but nothing fair there, I promise

Games are definitely fixed and predetermined who will win. That is why I will not deposit any more money on there, ever! As soon as you become good at a game due to playing it a lot, they throw you into a whole new group of players who almost always score higher than you do! Possibly not even a real person but a robot! No more money from me! Unfair game site! Beware!
Fairness has somehow gone awol. So have some other promises and undertakings.
For example, I know someone who closed an account there. The GameDuell T&Cs state that, when you close your account, all your data are erased from their system. No way! He received an email saying sorry to see you go, we'll keep your account open in case you decide to come back. He asked them to please destroy the records, as stated. He doesn't know whether they did, but his pseudonym can still be found by doing a player search.
One wonders how many of the gazillion members they claim to have are, in fact, retired in all but name...
