Manager, sandra jones did a bait and switch on the specials they were offering. Substituted dark meats for light meats to save themselves cents! When confronted with it, she offered no appologies or service. Food was cold, and the cajun rice was overcooked.
The location I went to was 22101 katy freeway, will never go there again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I am tired of these blasted bait-and-switch Popeye's commercials! I have been seeing this same commercial about 3 strips of this new amazing chicken tender, along with seasoned fries and a biscuit, only for the low price of $3.99 as a meal! So, with mouths watering and hungry tummies, and lean income, we immediately get into our car and drive to Popeyes. Low and behold, the manager tells us "Today is the last day of that offer, and we ran out of those chicken tenders." Naturally, we had to resort to buying something more expensive because we took the time to drive there and were hungry. Guess what: That was several weeks ago, and the same exact commercial with the $3.99 chicken tender deal is STILL playing! I am not going to be a sucker for Popeyes anymore! They utilize the ol' bait-n-switch tactic and I am not giving them my business anymore!
