I had came to pick up an order for Uber Eats, when they handed me the order I had double checked with them to make sure the order they gave me was correct since I’m not allowed to open the bags and they told me that it was. Well when I got to the customers house I was informed that was infact not the right order. So I called the restaurant back to let them know that I didn’t receive the right order and wanted to let them know that the customer should receive a refund because it wasn’t their fault they got the wrong food. The manager decided to get an attitude when I told her that I did ask twice to make sure it was the correct order and told me that I should, and I quote, “check myself before I wreck myself” and hung up on me. I think it was just very childish for a manager to act this way when I was only trying to let them know that a customer got the wrong food when I work for Uber. I’d like a call back since I can’t get them to answer the phone.
Desired outcome: I would have just liked to know the customer would get a refund.
Chicken Express - Horrible/rude service.
Whoever was working at 7:30 on 5/22/21 was awful. The man who took our order was nice, the man who gave us our food was not. He did not greet us. another worker in there was cussing and gossiping about someone. The man who gave us our food did not say one word to us and handed our food without even looking at us. Very upset with the service we received.
