Paid deposit over the phone went to check in paid the rest of my first week in cash. Checked in my room and immediately seen roaches on the wall. In the bathroom also in the kitchen. Small ones, big ones cousins grandmas. I went back to front desk whom called security whom told her to call management. Management said there is no roaches in that room and left me standing there with no answers. I went to Walmart spent 47$ and some change for some foggers to drop them dead and show more evidence they were in this room. I was told after everything was said and don’t I can only get a check mailed to me. I’m now homeless because I’m waiting on a check from corporate. They said they usually don’t do refunds and at first tried to convenience me to just move to another room. I begged for my money back. I don’t know what to do as of right now. I’m homeless with my 6 year old with no money and no where to go. I work from home so now can’t even work. This has been a awful situation and the only accommodation is I wait for a check in the mail that’s going to a old address that I pray the office will give me when it arrives.

Please help me it’s getting cold outside. I’m scared and will have to sleep in my vehicle. I slept in my car last night. I don’t want to sleep in my car waiting on a check in the mail. I’m not from Texas and I heard many great things about budget suites but this is a total nightmare

Marcus woke up on the wrong side of the bed Sept.16, 2022. On this day he confronted me about leaving 1 of 20 tow notices put on my car in less than a month, I had enough of his "courtesy patrol" monkey harassing me. After 7 years residing there and never missing the rent, or even paying late, he called the police to evict me. He stole my security deposit, plus 4 days of rent paid in advance, and gave me only 5 hours to vacate. One of my pets died as a result, and so soon will Marcus. KARMA will find his family as well.

My wife and my 2 year old son and I have been staying at Budget Suite of America in Lewisville Tx for over 7 months always paying on time with no problem last night September 12, 2022 at 9:20 pm my catalytic converter was stolen of my car in the property of the Buget suite parking lot the security is very insponsible they do not make their rounds as they should and no one of the owners or managers of this place has responded to me for my loss I am very sad because now I cannot go home my job and I don't know how I'm going to continue paying my rent
