First the young lady taking out order gave attitude about our simple order. Rolling her eyes and body language.
Second the man behind the country told the other to tell the drive through that they where closed.
Another guy told me they could not do spicy legs and I have got spicy legs for a long time. They where very difficult to deal with the reason this location is struggling is poor employees.
Desired outcome: Tech the employees respect for others and how to handle people.
Chicken Express - Drive thru service
My name is Richard Alston number is [protected]. I went thru the drive thru in Magnolia Texas on Sunday 5/09 at about 615pm. I ordered a 3 piece fish dinner with extra tater sauce and 4 piece tender dinner and a 2 piece chicken with a roll. When got to window and paid ordered read back to me and I asked again for extra tater sauce and was told by young guy yes have extra tater sauce. When I received order asked if my extra tater sauce was inside and was told again yes it was. Got home no tater sauce at all and no plastic wear for the dinner. I made a call to the store to speak with a woman who said she was one of the managers and I told her of me being upset and she said I am sorry we are working with a young team and hung up on me. The time I am at window the kids inside joking around with each other or looking at phones and not paying attention to the orders. This is my 3 time in a row with having problems with this location with not getting what I request and tired of having to call and complain and say ok next time we will make it up to you. I am not asking to be made up next time I am asking for ever order to be right the first time. Seems you have to many people working a shift at one time if the can joke around and talk with each other instead of paying attention to each order going out. Maybe a quality control person should check ever order going out so at least you will have at least 2 people checking the orders and all with be correct and not so many mistakes. Chick Fil A has at least 2 people checking each order that goes out and they handle double or even triple the amount of customers that Chicken Express handles.
Desired outcome: Just want my order to be correct ever time not just ever so often
