I wanted to let corporate know about the horrible service that our party received by your waitress, Audriana at the location mentioned above. I am a fan of Hooters and have been going there for years. I have NEVER felt so discriminated against as I did when Audriana waited on our table. To start off, it took her nearly 20 minutes to acknowledge us. I had to ask another waitress for help because several waitresses walked by and ignored us. We didn't have drinks and had our menus open, so they knew we hadn't been helped yet. Two gentlemen sat at the table NEXT to us about 5 minutes after we sat down and Audriana acknowledged them right away. I used to be a waitress so I thought the section we sat in was closed. There was a blonde waitress behind us cleaning a table and I asked her if our section was closed. She said she didn't know then asked Audriana who responded, "I didn't see them." Once we felt that she was basically forced to wait on us, she took another 15 minutes to bring us our drinks. We ordered 2 waters and 2 beers. The restaurant was not busy and she only had 4 tables- 2 of which were done eating- and the table beside us. She proceeded to flirt with the men behind us, eating their french fries and dancing to music- all while our table needed refills. She came about 15 min later to take our order which was 40 wings, 1 hotdog, and 1 order of fries. About this time it was around 11:30ish. After another while, one person at our table ordered a second beer. We saw the bartender put the beer out on the counter and she let it sit there for 10 minutes. In those 10 minutes, she flirted with her manager and the tables behind us. She was taking pictures with a group of men and walked over to the bar several times. I was watching her because like I said, I used to be a waitress and I know what the job consists of. She finally brought the beer to our table and right after that, she RAN to the computer to enter our order. I know it was our order because I heard the cook say, "Cuarenta wings" which means 40 wings in Spanish. At this time it was after 12. We were extremely frustrated and shocked at the poor service we were given. I wanted to complain, but as I mentioned before, the manager was flirting with her and it seemed pointless to deal with him. I think this situation should not be taken lightly. If you want your branch to be successful, you must have good waitresses that don't discriminate against women OR mixed gender parties. Management should NOT be flirting with their employees in front of customers (or behind closed doors for that matter). This could have been a great opportunity for her to get a huge tip because I personally know how a waitress should be treated- if she gives good service. I really hope that this complaint does not get ignored or put aside. I will never ever step foot again at this Hooters. The last time I checked, Hooters was not a "mens only" restaurant. I am not asking for a free meal or discount, I am merely asking for a sucessful company to take a good look into how their restaurants' employees and managers treat their customers. Audriana and her manager should be reprimanded for the experience that our party went through. I usually don't make a big deal about receiving bad service, but this was by far the WORST service I have been given.

I went hooters with my friend on weekend and was haveing a great time until then end, my friend was odering all night, i only had a beer and few of her wings... i finally order couple drinks, she charged my card for first drink and closed out the tab without my consent, it was my friends tab she never asked if the order was sepereate or not, also my friend paid cash ath waitress denied receiving cash, there was a camera in the facility, now they are trying to say it may not work! Do not go to the hooters in indianapolis, caselton area, or make sure you check you receipt make sure you not over charged, i suggest also that you do not pay in cash...terrible service!
You know, I saw an episode of that show “Undercover Boss” and this has been an issue with Hooters in other places, but I don’t think corporate is doing anything about it; the promise that dude made on the show was crap.
I went to Hooters at the Panama City, FL location across from the Navy Base; and our waitress was great; but the manager sucked.
we wanted to watch the Dallas/Colts game (Dec 5th) and the audio on the whole place was Atlanta/Tampa, so when we asked the waitress if they could lower the volume or cut the speaker above our table we were told that the only thing they could do was raise the volume on the TV in front of us, we still could not hear the Dallas game. So I went to see the manager and told him to cancel our order or else we were going to Buffalo's Wild Wing to see the game, he didn't acknowledge me but shut the Tampa audio off and he was so pissed off that he threw the remote on a counter. I was fine with that, but as soon as our wings made it to our table and we took our first bite, the guy turned the Tampa audio back on. He is lucky the guys I was with were not confrontational because I was ready to clean the grill with his face (my buddies stopped me). Instead I left the place and left my buddies there (I'm not a diehard Dallas fan).
Unlike Karenrage, I didn’t feel discriminated, we were a group of 5 guys, so that helped a little and I was the only brown guy in the group so the manager probably though I was a Mexican from Texas and like I said before, I’m not a Dallas fan, but I take football seriously and until your place changes its name to Buccaneers, then you can pull that stunt you pull on me and my friends.
