We went to the location in Midland Tx on Wadley Ave the food was cold and old first we were asked to wait in the drive-through for 10 min. Our order was taken then we had to wait an additional 7 min at the window this upset to me as had been talking up your food from another location that I frequent in Big Spring TX. as of right now we will never return to this location because of the unsatisfactory food and no one has reached out to us as yet
Desired outcome: Replace food with fresh or refund
Chicken Express - Gravy and chicken breast
I came to the chicken the chicken express on Wadley in midland tx. They did not have any breast so I drove across town to order my food. My son got tenders I got two plates of chicken with breast. I spent 33$ and change. My sons gravy was left out on accident by the other employees so I figured I could drive to the one closest to me just to pick up gravy. I was hoping they would give it to me since it is all chicken express. They told me I needed to drive to the other one across town to pick up my gravy. That was absurd to me I only went to that one because they were out of chicken breast. They made me pay for a small container of gravy instead of just replacing it. I don’t understand why they made me pay when I went to the other just because they were out of chicken breast. They lady at the counter was very rude when I just asked about them replacing it. I also called to get corporate number I asked for the manager she told me to hold on them hung up on me. This chicken express has lost my business unless they rectify this somehow. I am extremely upset and don’t understand why I had to pay for gravy twice. Very bad customer service. How much would have cost for them just to give me the small gravy to keep a customer and keep them happy. Ridiculous
Desired outcome: Replace my sons tenders or give me my money back for the gravy.
Chicken Express - Service
It's been 3x that I go to the Chicken Express in Midland texas on the corner of main street and Wadley street after getting off from working very tired from working in concrete and I am trying to order drive thru and the girl there after each thing I order she keeps sighing then laughing then she will ask if anything else then before I can say it she will start sighing again. The workers like the chicken there but I refuse to get it there for the whole crew after we pour concrete. Very poor customer service at drive thru with her and I've heard friends and clients say the same thing they refuse to go there. Yall did a good job in putting the business there in that location but poor choice of staff. It's never busy there like I see other places.
Desired outcome: Get rid of rude drive thru staff were paying customers that work hard too
