My name is Henry Brooks, and I purchased my 2019 Ram in 2018, from AutoNation in North Richland Hills, Texas, which I also learned to purchase the extended warranty. I took my truck in for the recall on the tailgate, and thought it was a good time to mention my mirror.
When I push the button to close them they go ok but when the passenger mirror tries to come back out it make a clicking noise then it will come out. He said he orders one and it should be here on Friday, and he would give me a call. After not hearing anything, I went up there on the following Tuesday. Upon walking in I stood there for two, maybe three minutes before someone even ask how could they help me. I walked over to him and noticed Matthew was playing a game on his phone. When I told him, someone was supposed to call me on Friday to tell me if my mirror was in or not. They checked the computer and did not find it. I said Mr. Élan (Cue) said he would order it and should be here on Friday.
That is when I mention my door not opening and Matthew said they would have to do a diagnostic's on the door. I mentioned I have an extended warranty. They were still talking about doing a diagnostics check on the door. Then Mr. Élan came in at 10am and proceeded to check me out and I started telling him about the door, but he continued to check me out like he was upset with me.
Desired outcome: I would for to show a customer more respect
