I'm very unhappy with my truck I purchasedfrom your lot less than a month ago. I either want my old truck back or a new truck asap! I have left several messages to managers and emails with no response after the sale, unacceptable when my safety and others is on the line...
I responded to your managers email with no response to my major issues with my purchase. I'm documenting all my attempts to get this resolved and still have not been satisfied with this very expensive purchase. I have been a victim of a lemon vehicle and wasted almost 10 grand here. I expect an immediate resolution to this or will seek legal action.
I've spent over 6k fixing this truck up and it still rides terrible and the electronics freeze constantly this is unacceptable and in no way a certified vehicle as promised. Ive been misled and theres major problems er with this vehicle that can jeaoprdize my safety as well as others. The Cameras are terrible and this truck overall sucks! I gave a perfect truck to you for this lemon and want a resolution.
I am claiming the Texas lemon law here and want this issue resolved.
I will not pay over 60 grand for this POS truck. I WOULD APPRECIATE AN IMMEDIATE RESPOBSE.
When purchased your sales team said this was a certified vehicle and has gone thru a 200 point inspection and should be perfect however I beg to differ and have some things to address.
First of all I didn't drive it but on the highway when purchased and drove good on that road but once I drove it to work the next day the wheels would shake very bad on every bump I hit and felt very unstable with the over sized 37 inch tires and no way a F350 should feel in my opinion it should be solid and roll over anything without shaking and feeling like its out of control. It does not handle well and I spent 10k and replaced the entire suspension, wheels, and tires hoping that would fix it but it didnt. Its much better of a ride now but still there is something wrong with it in my opinion and shakes when I hit small bumps very bad. Maybe tie rods, a gear box, or something is causing the extreme shake. What do you think? Is this covered under my warranty to get this resolved?
Another big issue is the electronics in the truck are always freezing up when I use the radio, GPS, or anything electronic it freezes and has a huge delay this is not acceptable for a 70k truck and everything should work perfectly. What can be done to fix this issue I see this is a huge known problem with Fords and I want this fixed and working properly. The GPS voices dont complete and its always freezing up even if you change the temp, radio or anything electric, this is not good for an expensive truck.
My cameras are not working very good either and cant view the truck bed camera or control the cameras very well in fact the clarity is horrible on them and cant make out objects its like electronics are messed up, cameras bad, and electrical problems in this truck and want them working perfectly. What can you do to fix this expensive truck I just bought. I have spent 10 grand so far trying to fix the ride and still something wrong, please help me with these issues so I can enjoy this monster of a truck. I would prefer to take this to a closer Ford if you can help get these fixed for me in a timely manner, thanks.
