My name is Diana Bazan, one of my tooth on my top denture broke off on Friday June 2nd 2023. I went to try to get it fixed on Monday June 5th. The receptionist cound not find my name in the system. Showed her my receipt. She said it didn't have the account number on it. So she couldn't help me. I told her also that I have been in and out of the hospital that I needed to finish completing my bottom denture it was never finished. Said she couldn't help me, That was a total loss of almost 4 thousand dollars dollars. She said I had to pay out of pocket to fix it. Sorry but I am not paying any more money for something that had to be fixed. My email is [protected]@gmail.com.
Desired outcome: I would like a response. I would also like a refund. Bottom denture not finished.
