Called to ask some guestions took the what i can only assume is the manager 10mins to pick up the phone. Had a complaint because the bag boy that was more focused on flirting with the cashier than doing his job poor bagged my grocieres. Which i did find out today that you have to ask to get heavy items double bagged which is a shock because every other time ive been to one of your store they do it with out being asked. But if that is po9licy that is policy.
My purpose for writing this review is just to say. You talk about being a part of the community, but you customer service shows you dont care about hte community, there was no im sorry for that sir or anthing thing just a screw you you thats not our problem. So you have lost my business.

So at 3:30 in the afternoon almost every aisle was being stocked. Most products that are carried at most heb stores are not offered in all varieties at this location. If the product is carried it is almost always out of stock (like they order one item instead of a case of the product). Its is like the person who orders for this store is incompetent. That also means that their boss is also.
If I drive 15 miles north or south the problem goes away.
I know there are problems these days but this has been going on for years.
The other problem at all your stores is the curbside shoppers and their blue carts that they leave in the middle of the aisle and walk away to B.S. with their friends. If you are going to have the shoppers work for your company teach them to stay out of the way of the in store shoppers. It's bad. Pay someone who knows how to shop and is respectful to the customers in the store.
We have 2 HEB stores in my small town and both stores are GARBAGE!
Angleton has the worst HEB.
