On Sunday evening I went to Sanger tx chicken express and order 20 pack of tenders all spicy deal with tea. It cast 44$ that’s a lot in my world. When I get home it’s all regular no spicy so I call store and manager Brandon say I’m sorry WE made a mistake so policy said you have to bring them back to get correct order. So I said that’s 30 mile round trip in gas twice can’t you just give me coupon or something? I mean I have to go to work in the morning I’ve already spent gas money … No just No? This is the worst service! Any other restraint in towns would have honored coupon - why must I drive it back to store are you going to resell the chicken? Why must we keep paying for YOUR mistake?
