Today between 7 pm and 8 pm 4/25/2021 I ordered 2 large pizzas suppose to be 12.99 each. 3 toppings each, I was told the price $32.00 and change. So I am questioning the young man about the price and he is telling me he gave me a $10.00 discount and couldn't give me any more discounts. I am wondering how 2 -$13.00 dollar pizza's became $32.00 dollars. I did not see any discount on this, I saw me, overpaying. He just hung up the phone on me. I called back and ask to speak to the manager. He put me on hold. When he got back on the phone, he asks why do you want to speak to the manager? I told him I wanted to speak to the manager. I am put on hold. I ended up driving to the Domino's store (3659 E. Nasa Rd 1 Seabrook, TX 77586) I spoke to the manager. She was very nice. I think people need to be trained better on helping customers. Lost my business. I have never had this problem with this Domino's before.
Desired outcome: Train the employees better on customer care. If they can't help let the customer speak to the manager.
