Camping World - RV furniture

Camping World - sales, delivery of camping trailer

May 7 I started communicating with Colton Baker of the Sherman TX Camping World for the purchase of a new Forest River 171RBXL. I was in CO on vacation in our Coachmen camper. Colton said they could deliver the new camper to me and pick ours up as a trade in. I started texting pictures of our camper, my drivers license, etc. until we agreed on a price. I sent $500 as a down payment. I agreed I would pay cash upon delivery. I asked Colton if he would install a TV bracket as part of the deal and he agreed. The unit was delivered Sunday evening May 12, 2019. When the camper was delivered I saw it was very dirty, a screen was not installed properly, weather stripping was coming out of a window, only 3 keys were given to me, only 2 manuals were delivered, etc. The driver took notes and said he would get that information back to Colton. We signed paperwork and the driver gave me 1 copy of a sales receipt.
On Monday, May 13, I contacted Colton and told him I was very disappointed. I didn't get the TV bracket, manuals, etc. Colton sent me a text as follows: "The bracket is in the mail. I am in contact with forest river about the manuals for you. I will get it taken care of." Today is May 22. I have received NOTHING. No more communications, manuals, bracket, etc. The reason the bracket was important to me was I wanted the "camper experts" to install the bracket. I didn't know what was behind the wall and sure didn't want to ruin the finish. After paying $12500 cash for this camper I am totally disappointed in the customer service and delivery condition of the unit. I will attempt to contact Forest River to try to get manuals on the stereo, control panel, power awning, and mechanical for the camper. I don't know why but it appears Camping World is not going to help me. I went to Camping World because I thought they were the experts and I would get quality service. I'm totally disappointed.
