When I made reservation for August 18 I spoke to representative named Keith on phone in Sherman, tx... told him I needed a king room and to swim all evening Friday Aug 18. He assured me pool is open and closes at 10 p.m. Friday night. I checked in with special guest and room looked ok but later saw toilet would not work! Would not flush! I went down to Lobby ready to swim around 6 -7 and receptionist says pool was closed! All day! 2 receptionists upon check-in said enjoy the pool! They assured me we could swim.! Then I told her about toilet. She said I could move rooms, I said my guest is resting in bed already. At 430 a.m. I had to go to downstairs bathroom to use restroom because ours was out of commission. I was so embarrassed to tell my guest this. At 8 a.m. housekeeping women were screaming! Slamming doors, and yelling back and forth! It was not normal room checks in hotel. They were so loud they woke myself and guest 5 times! They were echoing down the whole 2nd floor screaming at one another! It was so bad and unprofessional and insulting to hotel guests! Check out is 11! I was there to swim, relax, and enjoy my stay but it was ruined... I will be calling anyone I can about it. So disappointed... I used to be in hotel business and I would never expect guest to pay after these circumstances. And housekeeping should be respectful of guests and behave right.
Desired outcome: Refund. Complete refund for sure
