So at this location 105 E FM 1417, 75090-9208, SHERMAN, US I have had unprofessional customer service... Sue who works the 6am to 2pm shift is RUDE! She picks and chooses which customers she gives good customer service to...
She also made a statement regarding homeless people "we should do away with homeless people"
I overheard her say this to another employee and this IS NOT acceptable as I am the homeless person she is referring to...
I do not choose to be homeless - life happened and here I am! I dress nice and not on crack and always pick up after myself... She stated one time that "she is the reason customers keep coming back..."
I can tell you NO this is not true as... Oher customers mention her rude behavior and recognize her behavior and sloppy professionalism
Perhaps she can go homeless so that she can see how tough it is to be in my situation...
