6/7/2022 Stephenville Tx HEB, 314551 3:55pm 252l/02/00006 casher Odie H. bagger Shauntl no name tag visible to me. I asked her to put my cold items in my insulated bags, she blatantly did not place cold items in the bags. I went to service department asked what her name is, explained my complaint and showed him how much room was left in the cold bags. I explained that when I get to my car I have to re-bag my groceries because its 102 degrees outside and I drive 35 minutes home. I am a loyal customer since 1980 starting in San Antonio, Texas. I feel like the quality of service has gone down.
Desired outcome: I would like HEB to train their employees in customer service and how to bag properly, and especially when requesting cold items put together or bagged in insulated bags.
