To whom it may concern!
I visited the store and paid 669 dollars, I ordered a computer pair, by mistake they did it as a near pair and they promised to replace it.
I found myself obliged to buy another deal of plastic lenses 2 pairs 59 dollars they made it wrong presecription and here my journey starts between visionworks and my doctor. On April 23rd I confirmed a prescription from the Dr. They redid the plastic ones and I am waiting for the original glasses. I talked to the manager and she said to email her I did I went to the store more than 10 times, they said only the manager can take decision and she is on vacation. I emailed her again she never answered.
Your customer service employee is way unprofessional. This is harassment I paid for a service that I never got,
All I want from you is my money 669+59 = $ 728
I will NEVER use Visionworks again .
Today is May 22nd and I cannot get a hold of the manager and everybody refer me to her and she never answers my emails
