For 4-6 weeks I have been trying to get the correct videos of service for my business. They were sending videos but of the wrong 2 yard receptacle. So met with person from local WM team and they still can’t get videos to me. Also they were not dumping mine on dates requested. This is not rocket science.
They told me they are not able to video mine, but the other 2 yard container for other stores are getting there video. I continue to pay fora service that your not providing.
Desired outcome: Do your job
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
