Hank's Fine Furniture - Nashville sectional - brown

I purchased a Nashville Sectional - Brown with a $60.00 warranty on 6/10/21 at Texarkana, TX location from store manager Bradley Watson. Customer #[protected]. I was told my order would be delivered to my home at [protected] within two weeks, and I have yet to receive my order. While, I am very understanding of current supply circumstances, I have yet to receive a phone call from Bradley or any other Hanks employee regarding my order. Each time, I have received an "update", I have taken is upon myself to call the store requesting information. I have been given 3 different delivery dates by Bradley himself, all of which have fallen through. To make matters worse, on 7/13/21 at approx. 1 pm, Bradley told me that my order would be at the Texarkana location by that evening from Little Rock, AR and that my sectional will be at my door sometime on 7/14/21 after 4 pm. I called the store back on 7/13/21 at 5:30 pm. Bradley had left at this point, so I was assisted by another employee. This gentleman looked my order up by phone number and address and was able to tell me that PART of my order was still in Little Rock, while the other part had not even made it to the stop in Little Rock. I am beyond fed up with Bradley speficically. I do not appreciate being lied to or given the run around after spending $3, 000 on a couch. I want my order delivered to my house by the end of the week, or I will be canceling my order entirely with a full refund. I also request to no longer work with Bradley Watson. I would like my customer care switched to another employee.

Desired outcome: Order delivered within the week (by 7/17/21) or full refund.

Hank's Fine Furniture - how I was treated

My friend Daniel has been working at Hanks fine furniture on Walton drive in Texarkana texas and has not received a pay check since 9/21/2019 he works his tail end off holding a sign to get more business how ever since Daniel has started working at Hanks Bradley finds it funny to bully Daniel call Daniel names like mother [censored]er this happened about two months ago while loading a couch on a red pick up and I was on the phone with Daniel and today I walked in Hanks fine furniture with Daniel to see if they had found his check I ended up getting attitude that was not necessary or warranted just to walk in the store you may want to watch the video of Bradley sitting on his behind while attempting to cuss Daniel out please send Daniel his check to address on file as Daniel no longer works for Hanks fine furniture that will be nine hundred realtor road room 240 Texarkana Arkansas 71854Daniel can no longer work with hanksfinefurniture due to the fact of not being paid which is required by federal and state law please check into this thank you
