Hanks Fine Furniture name is false advertisement because their furniture is not fine, it is total crap. The managers are totally misrepresenting items with wrong sales ad. They deliver broken items and they never try to resolve it. Let me say this, it's against Federal Law for a company to deliver defective or broken furniture then refuse to refund the money and only offer a store credit. This is not only against federal law. It's also against Florida law. Until more people start standing up to companies like this and take them to court they will continue to get away with it. So the Hanks in Florida will however be seeing me in court which I will be seeking 3.5 x the amount I paid. You mess with the bull you get the Horns Hanks. You lied numerous times and ticked off the wrong cowboy.

Strike them decisively in court and litigate everything. Gather evidence in the form of contracts, emails, pictures, telephone conversations, etc. If they are breaking the law, beat them down with consumer violation laws. If it is appropriate, ask for three times the payment and legal costs. Don’t be kind.
