the first complaint i have happened about a year ago when i was delivered cold pizza and i called the manager he told me i would get one free to replace it. I called about a week or so later and they claimed not to have any info about it and refuse to help.
So now i though i would give another try and when i called to find out what specials you have they asked if it was delivery or pick up i asked again what special and instead of answering me he insisted on pick or delivery and i had even decided if was going to order from them. i hung up very upset and set not to do buisness with them again.
you show all these comercials on how you are improving your pizza taste and quaility.
But you need to work on your personells attitude.
i chose to go with another company. and to be honest until i decided what i wanted to do i called them 3 times and each time they were patient and very kind.

The reason they ask up front for pick up or delivery is because they have specific specials for each one. For instance, at the one I go to, you can get a two topping medium pizza for $4.99 if you pick it up. If you have it delivered, it is $7.99. Big difference.
Concerning getting your next pizza for free, you should always get the manager's name and employee number so they can contact the manager and find out if such an deal was made.
