The Weatherford Texas Chicken Express just lost a long time loyal customer. I ordered a 3 piece catfish combo today for lunch. Their prices are really high for this item but I pay it because it's good. I asked for 3 tarter sauce packets and only got two. When I reminded the clerk she told me they charge for them. I've been eating at this location and others for years and always order the same thing. 3 fish, 3 tarter sauce packets. I asked if they were willing to lose a longtime loyal customer over 25 cents, it's the principal of the matter. I was told it is my choice. I replied that no, it's your choice. You choose to lose a loyal repeat customer that's willing to spend 14 bucks for fast food. All over 25 cents. Then the young man who walked up and was standing beside the female clerk said "YEP!" I made them take their food back and give me a full refund!
I'll never set foot in another chicken express!
Desired outcome: Absorb cost of customary condiments instead of nickle and diming your customers!

the Food and most of the employees here are lovely, however My experiences with Vickie have all been very unpleasant. Instances ranging from rolling her eyes at me when asking for serendipity, to openly cussing about the employees there stating ( sorry we've got a bunch of [censored] non listening little kids working here) excuse me?! As a manager I would NEVER talk about employees in this manner especially to a customer! Vickie has an all around horrible attitude and terrible customer Service skills!
