We walked into Taco Bell on a Saturday night after driving all day long trying to get home. The cashier lady asked if we had a mask me and my husband told her no we did not have one. She got on the head set and told whoever manager or whoever we did not have a mask. I told her well the people sitting there did not have mask on and when I looked at them they told us to use are shirts so we did. Then she talked on the head set again and I guess they told her we could order. She was very rude asked what we wanted rolled eyes didn't even want to give me a recipe I had to ask for one. She then said is this to stay or go I told her stay and she just walked away. Then she set are food down at the counter then called my name and walked away. So I went up to get are food stood there for about 3 minutes as she kept looking at me but kept doing things but would not help me. I needed hot sauce and napkins so someone else came and helped me. Then the manager walked out while we was eating and said that his lobby closed at 10:00p.m. that he would give us a couple of minutes to finish up are food but we needed to leave. As I looked at my recipe the time she took are order was August 8 2020 at 9:59p.m. Wow why did you ask if we was going to stay or go then.
