We went to the drive up today (07/01/20) and placed an order for two crisp chicken rollups, one crisp Dell Taco (with no tomatoes) and a large order of chedder poppers.
We were told they don't make chedder poppers anymore, ok, that's fine... remove the advertisement then.
I know that it's prudent to check the order before driving away, but we pulled away from the window and then checked the order. None of it was right. We couldn't identify the chicken items and the taco was soft shell with tomatoes.
Still, not a huge deal, and fixable. However we drove back around to the window, explained that the order was incorrect and the employee at the window chose to argue with us, that we did have what we ordered. Unfortunately they didn't include a receipt with the order so, we disagreed, said we had not ordered these items, and instead of simply replacing the food with what we had ordered another employee decided to join in the argument.
This was very annoying because we've generally been treated well there before, and we eat there several times a week. I should say we did. We won't now.
But maybe the employee's need a brush up course on business professional behavior.
