I went in at 6:56 PM on 7/30/2019, I ordered 4 Nashville Chicken Little's which stated they were 2 for $3 and I didn't receive 1 of them and was charged 11.96 for them and I ordered 2 BBQ Chicken Little's and was charged 5.98 for them which they stated they were 2 for $3. I called to just inform them I had realized I was overcharged and the lady I talked to was nice and apologized for the mess up and she told me to come back when there was a Shift Supervisor for a refund which I was fine with, than I hear a lady in the background yelling saying it was my fault that I didn't check my food order, which really isn't my job that is her job to make sure I have it right and am not overcharged. The cashier name was Nyandenga. I was calm and nice to them just explaining, I grew up working in food and don't believe in getting mad or yelling at people which is why I was calm and for her to yell in the background was rude and unnecessary. I would like a refund on the overcharge and for the sandwich I didn't receive as well as maybe talk to the cashier to be respectful to people who aren't being rude.
