Chipotle Mexican Grill - guacamole

Hello,

I was visiting my friend in Virginia and I decided to get something to eat from Chipotle. I visited your establishment on 8/23/19 @ 1:09 PM and ordered a Chicken bowl with chips and guacamole. When we returned to her house we started eating. I was eating as normal as always and dipped a chip into the guacamole and then I bit down on something that caused an EXCRUCIATING pain in my mouth. I spat out the food in my mouth and started rummaging though it to see what had felt like chipped my tooth into and I couldn't believe what I had found. A damn piece of the Avocado pit in my guacamole mixed in with the rest of the ingredients like it belonged there. I was LIVID! My teeth were hurting, my head was hurting, my stomach started turning because I was so upset. I was mad at the fact that this could've been my friend who stood behind me in line (and she has sensitive teeth) or her young children or my young nieces or nephews and I was LIVID!

I asked her if she would take me back, but she said I should go to the dentist because I thought I had bitten down into something that may have chipped one of my teeth or potentially made my filling fall out and because I was in such EXCRUCIATING pain I wasn't sure what the problem was. I took some Advil and Aleve to calm the pain but that wasn't working. I asked her to take me back to the restaurant so I could show them exactly what I had bitten into, and to show them what was in their guacamole, but I was helping her move and she knew I was so upset that I was going to go off in there. I decided to call instead, and no one answered the phone even after I called twice. That's when I knew something had to be done about this. If I were a child or an elderly person or a person with sensitive teeth, I may have been in even more pain than I already was.

I am highly dissatisfied with what happened, and others should know what happened to me and not accept the fact that someone could have been extremely hurt that day or worse. Never mind, the fact that I was in pain but imagine if a little child or an elderly person had choked on something like that and died because of your neglect and carelessness.
