I am a diabetic and have been prescribed 44 units of Tresiba every day. I have Escript insurance which provides for a 30 day supply. The last two times I had the prescription filled at store [protected] they tried to give me one flex pen and told me the Governor was limiting insulin so there wouldn't be a shortage (they ended up giving me two). The next time they told me their "supplier" told them to give me two pens. I complained that my insurance paid for 30 days. My husband picked up ONE pen yesterday (6/23/20)
ONE 200 unit pen allows me to take insulin for 4.5 DAYS. What do I need to do to have my prescription filled CORRECTLY?
