August 19, 2021. Approximately 2:30 p.m. I go through the u-scan and I have a coupon for a product which the u-scan rejected. I called the attendant. Dan, about 4 ft 11 in, came over to assist. After trying to make the coupon work several minutes, he mumbled something to me while facing the screen and I was six feet away social distancing. I stepped a little closer and bent over humbly and said I can't hear you. I backed up and he turned towards me and repeated the question and I answered it. He then continued to try to make the coupon work without success, and he mumbled something else while facing the screen. I again came a little closer, bent over and said I cannot hear you. I backed up again as he turned toward me again, but this time he stepped right into my face and screamed his statement at the top of his voice without wearing any mask, possibly hurling Delta variant viruses at me. I picked up my purchase and left. I had my body cam in my hand, recording everything., otherwise my reaction I think would have been quite different, disabled senior citizen and everything. I am trying to upload the recording to my computer now so I can post the recording on the internet but, as usual, for me being a senior citizen and not very good with electronics and computers. I've not been able to upload it. I will keep trying! I filed a complaint with Kroger's online, who is supposed to contact the store in question. After an entire week passed, they contacted me and said simply, sorry. They then sent me a survey to take, expecting positive feedback for doing nothing. The employee should have been fired immediately with bad job references!
Desired outcome: . Not getting the Delta variant virus from this incident it would be nice
