I have loved your hash brown casserole for 30 years. I went to our local Cracker Barrel this morning for the first time in 6 months. The casserole didn’t taste the same. It was defined not good. If you have changed the recipe, please change it back. This occurred today, February 19, 2023 at approximately 11 am. I asked the waiter about the change in quality and taste. He told me that some of the menu items have recently changed.
Desired outcome: Change the recipe for the hash brown casserole, please change it back.

I believe that this crackel barrel needs a new GM because he constantly goes around disrespecting everybody that work there. last Wednesday on 12/12/19, I caught the GM taking out new dishes from a box which came off the truck and put it on the kitchen line and didnt even wash it and the other dishwasher named Connor was beside me when he did it, and thats getting customers sick. when I was washing dishes, he told me not to scrub the dishes and put it in the dish mashine then it still came out dirty? everytime its busy and there's only 2 dishwashers in the morning, he'll leave me in the back and make the other dishwasher bus tables. after I left, a individual told me that the GM said I was different from everybody? I have employees telling me at the Monday meeting that they dont want none of the employees wearing airbuds but after my last day, I hear there's people still wearing them? im the only employee he has a problem with wearing airbuds, I believe he doesnt like me and he wanted me to quit. he has a beef thing with me and I never started it, when I first started working at crackel barrel, I was doing my job. there's alot of favoritism there and he's not a great GM. he treated me and the dishwashers like crap, we basically do everything at crackel barrel. at this month, there's about 5 or 6 people that quitted at that store.
I also had a run in with a cracker barrel manager named Marty at the Battle Creek Cracker barrel!
When I tried to explain that I wasn't happy, he kept asking me what did I wanted him to do. Every time I explained what the problem was and that the server was already taking care of it, he would repeat "what did I wanted him to do about it"
I finally got mad and said You ARE NOT Listening to what I am saying!
He needs to retrained on Management Skills
