On 02/13/2016 a friend and I went to the Golden corral near I-66 in Manassas, VA at approx. 3:15 PM. We were charged an additional $3 each because it was weekend and told the entrees such as salmon and prime would be available after 4PM. We spent $30 for terrible food, a filthy environment, and horrible customer service
All of the food was overcooked and the vegetables floating in grease. The fold lines lacked any organization and each customer had to elbow their way into a line to get any food being served.
The tables and floors were covered with dirt, wrappers, spilled food etc. The men's room floor was covered with urine. and obviously had not been mopped in hours. The barbecue had the smell and taste on rancid meat. Upon leaving after being to eat no decent food, we approached the manned to complain the entire experience. The manager was curt and obviously could have cared less, She took no interest in our concerns, but wanted to get us out the door ASAP. I asked for our money back and she ignored us.
Golden Corral should be ashamed to provide their customers we should unhealthy and unappetizing food, and should disdain for its customer' s is reprehensible. Hopefully there will be some improvements in food quality and the dining environm4nt after the county health's department's upcoming visit.
