He was very rude when we asked how the omelets worked.then we asked and pointed to the sausage and he rudely said don't touch..I wasn't anywhere near the tongs..he was very slow at cooking our omelettes.they weren't a true omelet.more like 2 pancakes..there was 3 of us and only 2 were done on the inside.according to the waitress and the store manager they have had problems.with him before..according to them because he has been there for so long they won't fire him.thats sad.
Claimed loss: Nothing was offered to us but lost my appetite.sobthe money we paid for 3.only one person ate
Desired outcome: Hopefully he is moved to another part of the restaurant or let go...
