I am a current member of your clubs and have visited several in the tidewater area of Virginia and western Massachusetts as well. While the general cleanliness varies from location to location, the one I visited today set a new low bar standard. One of the reasons for my shock was that this location on Tidewater Drive in Norfolk Virginia is a brand-new location for you, so one would expect it to be cleaner than other, older locations. The opposite is true. There is already dust and fingerprint build-up on the equipment and stains on the mirrors and floors. The real mess was in the men's locker room. There was tootsie roll wrappers and old toilet paper in the urinals, an empty toothpaste container on the floor along with various trash and the counter tops were covered with a dull film of fingerprints, dirt and stains. It looked like the place had not been cleaned in days. For the three hours I was there, none of the staff left the front desk area to clean, check the paper towel and cleaner bottles for wiping down the equipment after use. Apparently, you do not seem to have a set of standards for your location's cleanliness. You should... at least someone who checks on these issues regularly.
